« Our stay at Holiday Inn was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. Upon check-in, we were unable to access our assigned room because the door lock battery was dead. After notifying housekeeping, we waited in the lobby with all of our luggage for about 20 minutes before being reassigned to another room. During our stay, we experienced persistent noise issues—from the elevator, ice machine, and guests upstairs who seemed active throughout the night. This ultimately led us to check out...

« The person at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was clean but there was trash piled up in all the trash cans outside, piled by the door we came in and out and never cleaned up. Mind you we only stayed one night so this wasnt a problem. More nights and I would have asked them to clean it up. The free breakfast left something to be desired. Overall, I would stay again if I was coming back to this area and needed a place to stay over. We did have our german shepherd with us and most hotels...
