« No hot water no matter the time of day. Stained sheets, towels & wash cloths. Room wasn’t very clean. No iron to go with the ironing board. Hangers were from Walmart clothing. Ice machine didn’t work. Property run down and room was nothing like the pictures. Bedding was a thin sheet and a very thin almost decorative sheet. Splatter marks on the wall that look like blood in the bathroom and vanity area almost like from needle spray. Only one plug in the room worked and every time the fridge...

« Couldn’t understand a word the receptionist was saying (pretty sure she was the owner/wife of). Tv kept freezing, smoke detector and shower curtain rod were falling off. »

« Staff were very polite. Room seemed clean. Bed was comfortable not too soft or too hard. I was looking for a few hours sleep and a shower while passing through. Bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud and needed to be replaced. Room door did not have a security lock on the inside of the door. Bottom of the exterior door had big gaps. You can hear the traffic on the main road. I am used to staying at Hilton properties so I have different expectations. »

« Excellent hostess. Beds in the Family Cottage were comfortable, but a little hard to climb into due to the height off the floor. There was a small stool, but we are old! LOL Would stay again but in a room with lower beds. Susan was great. »
