« Best part was the breakfast and coffee set up. Next best part was the shower pressure. Overall, it was not vey clean, lots of maintenance issues, and rooms are VERY loud due to proximity to Bell Rd and the 101 (we had to go buy a fan (they didn't have any for us to use) to block out the traffic noise). The window coverings allow lots of light in when closed, which made sleeping tough (street lights, sun, headlights, etc.). Staff seemed nice and helpful, but overall this is a pretty low-rent...

« Hotel is clean, rooms a very clean (it’s the most important thing). My shower gel was empty at the check in but fixed directly by the staff. Jesse is really awesome and do a good job. It’s the guy you want to meet for a good stay. It’s would be better with complimentary breakfast and 2 hours free EV charging station. »

« Notre séjour à Phoenix étant principalement pour un match des Cardinals, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait. Pas très loin de la Loop 101, environ 15 km pour se rendre au stade, très facile à voyager et beaucoup moins cher que les hôtels autour du stade. En plus un énorme centre commercial tout près nous permettant d'acheter notre nourriture et manger à la chambre. Excellent choix. »

« The room and bathroom everything was neat and clean. The hallways were clean. Breakfast was good. The pool however, was not ideal. It needed some updating, and there were wasps nests in the cement holes by the whirlpool. »

« Parking was very dark and not lighted. Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work. We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena...

« This is an okay place to lay your head for the night, but that’s it. Very bare-bones. Breakfast is meh, rooms don’t have coffee makers or clocks. There is a communal microwave in the lobby. Beds are old. It is quiet though. Not what I expected from a Hilton property. »
