« This place had a great view of the city. They taut the rooftop deck but it is not open any other time than when the bar is open. Would be nice if they had frozen non alcoholic drinks or refreshments up there to enjoy. Maybe an hor d'oeuvres hour to allow the guest to come enjoy the deck first come first serve to allow for occupancy. The grounds of downtown in Cincinnati are beautiful.
