« The room was great. The bed was good. The pillows were way too fat for me so I couldn't sleep with their pillows. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no freezer part so that was frustrating. The pool and hot tub had no heat so I didn't use them though I booked this stay specifically to use them. « Breakfast was the nicest continental breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Great variety and fresh. »

« Bedding was dirty & no napkins and very little toilet paper. Bfast was a Little disappointing, few items only. »

« No fan in bathroom, light above sink didn’t work, towel rack above toilet fell into toilet holding one of our towels rooms are not quiet 5 boys played ball outside the entrance at 9pm loudly. For about 30 minutes. I could hear the neighbors tv well enough to understand it. Eggs were different. Maybe instant. Grandkids loved the waffles. Parking close. Trolley to transport luggage. « Clean room but fireplace didn't work, heating/air wouldn't turn on. I think we got the reject room if the place. With the cost so high, I was very disappointed. If the tub wasn't fantastic, we would have just gone home. »
