« Clean room. small item in room needed attention. Staff took my comment seriously and passed onto maintenance. I doubt cleaning staff would have noticed; not on their check list. The staff at other places Ive stayed at acted as if I was just griping about something, when in fact the issue I was pointing out was something i would have taken seriously if it had been in my own home. »
