The room smelled and we had to call for someone to come and spray the roon. We sprayed Lysol and that did not help. We will never stay at this hotel again as we are very dissatisfied. « We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good). »

« Had to ask for a new room because the first one had brown streaks in both beds and pee stains on one of them. Toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom along with very rusty tub. Second room was just ass bad with the steaks in the beds but also good crumbs. Worst experience I’ve ever had, and there’s no one to talk to in person. The guy on the kiosk screen was not helpful at all. »
