« This place is absolutely true to its name. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, and a nice and cozy apartment far more comfortable than a hotel room. The bed was nice and firm and the kitchen was fully stocked allowing us to cook our own meals as well. The neighborhood itself is in a gated community so you will definitely feel safe here. « My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location in Black River on the beach. The place was easy to find, safe, and clean. The beds were very comfy, cool AC, and had great wifi. I highly recommend staying here and will stay again in the future. »

« Load in was a disaster owner lives out of the country and the door code was incorrect took 3 hrs to get in contact with staff. Hot water was infrequent. »

« This property has some ongoing construction where they were noisy early in the morning which is not what we wanted hearing banging on the upper level while trying to relax on vacation. The property photos also made it look like they had beach front access with a sandy beach when in fact that was next doors beach and they only had water access like a patio. The room was well maintained and clean however the doors had huge gaps in the framing and the king bed was 2 twins pushed together which...

« The host double book the place. And we had to go somewhere else in the middle of the night! The place seemed ok, but we never got a chance to really know. The host did however assisted us with getting another place almost next door (which was really a nice place). »

« Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay here bc after I paid and booked it, I called the manager to get check in procedure and he informed me that the property was no longer available. So he sent me to another one of his properties of which I refused to stay! »
