« If it's broken don't expect it to be fixed any time soon. After a rough check in I was greeted that evening with a toilet that ran non stop. If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". « This property is not as advertised. The exterior is damaged and dirty. There was a broken window in our unit and what looks like mold on the upper part of the walls. There were ants in the kitchen. We had no hot water for the three-night stay, despite mgmt saying they fixed the problem. The WiFi never worked and the TV connection worked briefly. The unit had a chemical smell. « We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Premium Studio with Pool view at Avista Bloomfield was clean, comfortable and safe. We recommend this spot for your next visit.....we will be back. Parking was included and a large supermarket is in walking distance as well as full service gas stations for that late night snack.
