« The property is surrounded by lush greenery with a large pool that creates a relaxed, stress free enviornment. The beach is less than a 5 min walk - white sand and crystal blue water. Old Fort Bay is AMAZING to say the least. However the villa is in need of a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning. There was a bug issue in the kitchen. »

« This property is not as advertised. The exterior is damaged and dirty. There was a broken window in our unit and what looks like mold on the upper part of the walls. There were ants in the kitchen. We had no hot water for the three-night stay, despite mgmt saying they fixed the problem. The WiFi never worked and the TV connection worked briefly. The unit had a chemical smell. « Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. « We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Premium Studio with Pool view at Avista Bloomfield was clean, comfortable and safe. We recommend this spot for your next visit.....we will be back.
