Minimum amenities that were advertised such as spices (no salt or pepper), dryer didn’t work. Trouble with keypad locking the door. Roof had tarps covering it and a grocery cart was in the front yard. »

« Did not live up to the description in the listing. The check in and check out times 4:00 and 10:00. We arrived in area an hour early and would’ve had to pay $50 + tax for the extra time. The exterior wasn’t shown in the listing and understandable. I will add pictures if I can of the rundown condition and filth. The floor made our socks black from filth. « We love the house. The landscape was beautiful , it has a fenced in backyard perfect for our dog, the decor was gorgeous. The property had bikes to ride around the neighborhood, lots of activities around, lots of restaurants and shops. »

« This was our second time staying here and still just as pleased as the first time! Place is clean, kids love the games , outdoor space is fun, close to the beach and shopping, and host was super easy to get ahold of if needed. Will be planning to stay here again in the future . »

« Communication with the property manager was excellent—very responsive and accommodating with early check-in and late check-out.Unfortunately, the house did not meet expectations or match the listing. The sofa bed is not a pull-out bed and is not comfortable enough to sleep on, so the home cannot truly accommodate 8 guests as advertised. We had to purchase an 80 air mattress at the last minute.Cleanliness was poor. We found used soaps with hair, heavily used toiletries, and men’s underwear inside...
