Your safety is a main concern.

A MAXIMUM OF 10 GUESTS, INCLUDING INFANTS/TODDLERS.
Pets are not allowed.
Please do not wear shoes inside the home.
No parties or events. Guests will be asked to leave immediately if a party is in process, and a $1,000 cleaning fee will be imposed.
Check-in is at 4 PM or after by Smartlock, and check-out is at 10 AM. Guest agrees that failure to vacate the premises within the specified timeframe or at the end of the Guest’s scheduled stay shall be deemed trespassing, and Owner shall be afforded all protections, rights, and remedies available at law or in equity to any property owner against a trespasser. In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for neighbors.
No smoking or vaping in the house or garage. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts safely.

Ring Doorbell Camera: Present at both the front and back entrances for security and guest safety

Cleaning and Damage
The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply for damages exceeding normal wear and tear, such as dirt, spills, or bodily fluids requiring extra cleaning.
For your convenience, detergent is provided for the dishwasher and washing machine.

Travel Insurance
It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

No excessive noise or loud music.
Maximum occupancy is limited to the allowed number of guests (10).
In case of emergency, call 911 and notify the property manager.

Additional Rules
Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, paper towels, wipes, or other materials.
No video productions without written consent from the property owner.
The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons.
Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agree to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent.

Age Requirement
Renter must be 25 years of age at the time of booking.
By electronically agreeing to this lease, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions. This is a legal contract signed of your own free will.

Place was nice and in a good area relative to downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is fantastic. We walked to a few great restaurants, coffee, a bakery, and there’s a CVS across the street if you forgot anything. We were able to bike or walk to everything we did this weekend. Lots of fun to bike the Leelanau Trail to wineries and breweries.
