The centerpiece of our home is the open and cozy living area, complete with an electric fireplace that provides both warmth and ambiance. It`s the perfect spot to unwind and chat after a day of adventure.

For those who love games and entertainment, our bar/game room is a real treat. Enjoy a round of pool and ping pong while watching the game on the 75` big screen tv. It`s the ideal space for making memories with friends and family.

Step outside to our private hot tub, where you can soak under the starlit sky, taking in the serene beauty of the surroundings. Whether you`re seeking relaxation or a fun-filled gathering, this space has it all.

The property`s peaceful setting is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. It`s a tranquil oasis, surrounded by natural beauty, where you can unwind and rejuvenate. But it is not far from many activities. Boyne mountain is just 60 mins North and Crystal mountain is just 60 mins West. Enjoy skiing/snowboarding at some of Michigan most renowned mountains when you stay at our home. Downtown Traverse City is just 25 mins, enjoy shopping and sightseeing just around the corner.

With ample space and comfortable accommodations, our Traverse City house is the ideal choice for a group of up to 14 people. Experience the best of relaxation and entertainment in this welcoming retreat.

Please note :
The house is cooled by two mini split units in the main areas. Two of the bedrooms do not have direct access to these areas, but do have ceiling fans that help keep them cool during the warm summer months.

Full access to the entire property.

We have a rental agreement for you to sign.
Drug use is prohibited and a $1,500 fine will be fixed if done on the property.
Smoking is prohibited inside the home. If done so, a fine will be given for the extra cleaning services.
Check-out time is 10am. A fine of $100 per additional hour guest stays after check-out time will be given.
Stained bed linens. A fee of $65 will be charged to the guest if our cleaners cannot get them clean.
Guests are liable for damage, theft, or loss beyond normal wear. Costs not covered by insurance must be paid in full by the guest.
To ensure a safe and peaceful experience for all guests and neighbors, fireworks of any kind are not permitted on the property—this includes sparklers, firecrackers, or any other type of pyrotechnics, regardless of the season or occasion. Violations of this policy may result in additional fees and/or immediate cancellation of your reservation.
