The unit features 1 bedroom and 1 bath, with a living room and bedroom offering picturesque views of Front Street and Gillis Street. Situated in a quiet area, yet at the heart of it all, you'll find many great attractions and restaurants just steps from your door.

Great place to stay in Traverse City! Very nicely decorated, outfitted and clean. Great value for the location. Overnight parking is a bit tricky in this area so pay attention to owner's instructions (city does not allow overnight parking in many areas close by and allowed areas are limited).

Perfect location in proximity to downtown. My wife joined me on a work trip. The location was perfect as i left for the day with the car and she was able to walk to the beach and to downtown for meals and shopping. In the evening there are lots of restaurants and bars all walking distance from the unit. Perefect space for two people. Good separation of sleeping and living space made it easy to sneak out to work. Kitchen was great given the space. Very well appointed.

It was very clean and had everything we needed to stay! Couch was comfortable although the knocking noise on the heater above us was a tad annoying while watching tv but volume up or turn it off and it was good but it was cold during our stay so it was on most of the time. Bedroom is on the road so you can hear traffic, use noise machine provided. We loved that we could walk to North Peak brewing for dinner every night, that way you don’t have to look for parking and it’s a good restaurant! The only draw back is the parking situation, you do not have a designated parking spot and it’s VERY confusing. Park here during these hours, not here for this reason and only during certain months, days, hours, times and you must move your vehicle before 8am during the week. We do not want to have to wake up early on vacation to move our vehicle. We moved it across the street and paid for parking only on 1 morning. Weekend parking is easier. Where we were allowed to park our truck did not fit, NOT the owners fault by any means but note, if you have a bigger vehicle like a truck or Suburban/Yukon xl you can not fit in some of his parking spaces without sticking out in the road. Because of the location of this rental I understand it might not be available to have it’s own parking, people who are considering renting this should know more about the parking in the listing and full instructions aren’t given until booking. We would stay here again on the weekend for sure though :)

Nicely decorated, clean condo. Very comfortable bed. There is an AC unit in the living room area which worked well. In the warm months you’d have to leave the bedroom door open to get cool air in the bedroom. Condo is right on Front street close to shops, restaurants and water. Laundry is in a common area. We experienced quite a bit of road noise until midnight or so all three nights. Otherwise, a great place.
