Paid extra to check in early but cleaning lady was not made aware of our early arrival by North property management. Cleaning lady did a great job in getting our rooms ready asap and kept apologizing to us even though it wasn’t her fault. PLEASE get better toilet paper- it is the worst!!!

Bigger than expected! Plenty of storage, wide halls and entry way, comfortable beds, minimal main road noise,spacious bathrooms, lots of counter space, lovely dual decks, very ideal location. Definitely would recommend!

Wine Tasting in Traverse City area

The location is wonderful, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Parking is a little tight in the lot if you have a bigger vehicle but there is additional parking in the street in front. The kitchen could use a few more utensils such as a whisk and tongs but we were able to improvise with what was there. I would also maybe suggest a few kid friendly plastic cups and bowls, small and large. Other than that we had a wonderful stay, looking forward to staying again and would highly recommend.

Great property! Wonderful location

This property is beautiful. There is a nice view from each porch that is somewhat obstructed ( can still see the water) by the trees but still lovely. The size of the place is quite large making is very comfortable for our party of 4 adults. There is a TV in the master but not in the 2nd bedroom. The bathrooms were nice, the robes were a nice touch. Nicely appointment kitchen. The location was very convenient to downtown and to the tart trail. There is construction on the road in front of the property but that should be finished soon. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d come back again.

Loved the place and location. Parking was a bit tricky as others don’t park well and took up extra space which didn’t allow us to park in our space. Also I know there as a cleaning fee so was surprised that we had to start laundry, dishwasher and take the trash out

What a wonderful trip. Our condo was perfect and the location great. We enjoyed going up old mission peninsula to the light house and wineries. Another day going up to grand traverse light house and stopping at all of the cute towns along the way ( a stop in fish town is a must). Our final day was spent e biking along the heritage trail from Glen harbor to empire. Stop at the dunes for a climb too. All in all we will be back bc we lived michigan!

Lovely with a couple of questions

We really loved the unit. Clean, updated, roomy. Couldn't be better. But...we thought we booked a "penthouse." That is the actual description of the unit, and the photos show a clear view of the lake. The photos are not quite accurate. There was a view of the lake, but it was partially obscured by a huge tree. We were on the 3rd floor and the floor above us was the actual penthouse. People up there were often quiet...but not always, which is why we wanted the top floor. Until one arrives, one doesn't know that floor 3 is not the top floor. So we want to come back, but these folks should advertise accurately. It is a good unit on its own. But we just felt a bit deceived.

Large, clean, bright, beautiful and quiet/private space with a great view of the bay. Very easy access. A lot of building and road construction upgrades being done in the area while still maintaining some of the neighborhood/local feel. Definitely would stay again.

Clean and great location

Check in is easy and the location was great! Room shades were not very dark and the walls were thin, so the bedroom got bright and loud (being on a busy road) early in the morning, about 6 AM. There were earplugs available, though. We did not have our bottle of complimentary wine, but requested it and it was promptly delivered. The condo was very clean and the table was set beautifully. There were several checkout requests, which might be common with other VRBO properties, but I was not expecting because of the amount of cleaning fees charged. We were asked to strip the beds, start laundry, start the dishwasher and take out the trash. Loved the location!

Fantastic condo on the Bay!

This is a wonderful property right on the West Bay. Our family had a great time in Traverse City and staying at this location. The property was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. The property managers were very attentive and helpful. No issues whatsoever. If you come with more than one car as we did, just park on Bay Street right in front of the building, no problems. This is an awesome listing from VRBO. Guaranteed you'll enjoy.

Great stay, really enjoyed the location. Four of us stayed and it was the right size. Only complaint is that the code they gave us didn’t work and the phone kept going to VM. Eventually did we did get in touch and were able to check-in. Would recommend this place and we will stay again!

Beautiful brand new condo a block from the bay. The buts are: 1. the parking spots are too narrow for all the people who drive SUV’s. My friends car was hit by another visitor who did not leave a note and he was in the center of his space. 2. the balconies have glass rails that were chipped and the internal edge of the two pieces of glass where they laminated them together was not finished properly and my husband cut his hand. I asked to speak to management and they never called me back. 3. Checkout - we left early and the electronic board in the condo said to throw towels in the washer and start the washer and test that we left which we did. We had the car packed and ready to go to breakfast when I received a text to strip the beds, start the dishwasher (which didn’t start) and empty the trash in dumpster outside. Had to go back in and do this which delayed us leaving. This all should have been on the electronic board in the condo with the checkout instructions.

Beautiful

The place was bigger than the pictures led on and the view was great too! Overall a bunch of girls who felt safe in the area and a huge plus is that it just felt clean.

Lovely and Modern

Great view of the bay from 2 balconies. Spacious open plan kitchen - dinning room - living room with upscale furniture. Great primary bedroom: big bed, big room, big bathroom with double sinks. Mammoth kitchen island and tremendous closets all around. Would book it again.
