« This property is a stand out… in Heviz you can pay a lot more and get a lot less. The property is newly built to a high standard. Quality details everywhere - room amenities, sparkling bubbles on check-in, robes for the thermal pool, all smack of a hotel professional setting this place up. »

« Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold. »

« We chose this apartment hotel for its high ratings and were pleased with the apartment itself. The location is excellent, the surroundings are quiet, the balcony overlooks a pleasant garden, and the bedding is comfortable. However, the corridor was dirty and clearly neglected, which gave a poor impression of the property’s maintenance. Unfortunately, breakfast was a major disappointment. It is served at Central Canteen, a 200-metre walk from the residence, which was not clearly disclosed...

« Exceptionnel ! Luxe et beauté. La basilique depuis la fenêtre !! En plein centre. A deux pas du parlement. Et calme ! double vitrage et volet. Petit déjeuner au top. Nous reviendrons. »

« Tout a été parfait. Rien à redire. Appartement très agréable. Merci. »
