« The room was nice, clean and modern. The amenities were not what was advertised. The pool was not open, and the breakfast was far less than what is pictured on Expedia. There should be a way to say on Expedia if the usual amenities are not available. »

« Quand nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons passer près de 20 minutes avant de trouver notre réservation. La chambre qu'on nous a assigné n'était même pas prête. Il devait avoir une piscine. Mais elle n'était pas en fonction. Le déjeuner n'était pas terrible. Cette hôtel nous avait été assigné par hotel.com suite à une cancelation d'un autre hôtel qui nous à informer qu'il n'y avait plus de place malgré un numéro de réservation. »
