« Dans l'ensemble cela aurait pu être bien pour une nuit. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours. L'hôtel est très bruyant : portes qui claquent, isolation sonique très mauvaise entre les chambres, bruits dans le couloir. La literie très très souple à notre goût. Nous avons mal dormi. Sur 4 jours le ménage de la chambre a été fait le dernier jour car j'ai vu la femme de chambre. Pourquoi proposé un ménage quotidien alors que ce n'est pas fait ? A la base ce service est compris dans le prix de l'hôtel. »

« The hotel has recently been remodeled, and the room was clean and everything looked brand new. The room has nice decor, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. »

« I booked this hotel for a weekend stay with a friend coming into town, but I ended up checking out within an hour of checking in, and going to another hotel in town. The hotel is run down and need of a major renovation. It could be clean, but you can't tell due to the scuffs and stains everywhere, and the very dated furniture, bathrooms, and electronics. « Only stayed for a few hours so I could catch a very early flight. Wasn’t able to take advantage of breakfast as I left before 6 AM. The room was clean and provided all I needed for the short stay. »

« This property is located on an industrial cut-de-sac making it noisy. The photos of the property make it look much nicer than it is. Most guests were construction workers so there was a lot of activity early in the morning. The coffee pot was unusable to use due to baked on coffee, was not able to clean it off. The air conditioner loud and the beds creaked whenever we moved. We chose this location because of its proximity to Marcy hospital. It was not what we were expecting in comfort. ...

« Chambre et salle de bain modernes , confortables et très propres. Piscine irréprochable ,buanderie impeccable. Je vous conseille d'arriver avant 8h30 pour le petit déjeuner, il ferme à 9 heures pile. »

« Great hotel. I was a kid in Springfield and remember watching this place get built in the late 70s/early 80s. It's still very nice. Bit of a time capsule, but the important stuff is updated. Got to stay here with my family on a recent trip back to Springfield and everyone had a nice time. Staff is lovely. Everyone friendly. Price is great. Location is amazing! Feels like home. Five stars! »
