The room was beautiful, the tatami very comfortable and the onsen experience unique. I recommend having breakfast and dinner every day of your stay as the food quality and service surpasses anything available in town. Will be going back for sure. »

« Overall we had a very good experience. Excellent amenities. We drove, had valet parking & help carrying luggage to reception where slippers are provided. We had to carry our own luggage up a few steps & then down a few steps to our room. There isn't a spring water private onsen in the room, but you can reserve a private onsen for 40 minutes. Carpet tiles outside the onsens were heavily worn and ruined the integrity of the otherwise pleasant surroundings. A fixed menu for breakfast with a choice...

« ホテル改装中というアナウンスがホームページに全くなかった。室内は塗装の匂いが残り、シャワートイレは機能しない(スタッフに連絡)。駐車スペースは殊の外狭く、しかも資材を積まれ身動きできないほど。これで1泊1万はあまりに高い。 »
