Watch the Little River from the porch swing of a spacious, thoughtfully designed home with direct water access, a private 10-person hot tub, real game space, and room for up to 10 guests. Fancy Pants blends the calm of a Townsend river setting with polished, distinctive interiors and our signature peacock flair, professionally decorated and built in 2017.
Every one of the approximately 3,000 square feet sits on one easy, step-free interior level facing the water, which is why multi-generational groups keep choosing it for milestone trips, including an 80th birthday celebrated right here. Tubers drift past on summer afternoons, and more than one guest has told us the loudest thing about this place is the river.
SINGLE-LEVEL SPACE FOR FAMILIES AND GROUPS
Fancy Pants sleeps up to 10 across 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath, with every bedroom, bathroom, and primary living area on one level, far easier to navigate than most multi-story mountain homes.
