« We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs. We also visited the Yates Town Park which was just down the road a short drive. My husband and son went fishing and came back to a warm and cozy cottage! We loved it!!! »

« The cottage Clean Sweep 2 was perfect for our stay. We were visiting family in the area and the lake property worked out very well. The cottage was very clean and had all that we needed. Judd's communication was great as was the information provided. We saw a couple beautiful sunsets at Point Breeze while we were there. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you! »

« The cottage was so charming and the views spectacular! Everything we needed was readily available. Very accomodating. We have 2 small fur babies and were able to walk them around the property as well as along the neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. It was quiet and peaceful and a woderful place to unwind. Good food within walking distance. Close to wonderful sites to see. The local produce was impressive and reasonable..highly recommend!! »

« Perfect! Great spot near the lake and close enough to ride the Erie Canal trail. Kayaking the river and nearby Lake Alice were both very nice. Short drive to three state parks. The house was wonderful. Would definitely go again. »

« I have booked many vrbos, the photos of the listing are always where you actually stay. I booked a two bedroom cabin from charlie upon arrival the house was not the house! I messaged charlie prior to checking in order to get check in process… no response…upon arriving All 5 beds were in the same room, the house was not what we paid for in the listing! There were zero amenities! NOT EVEN TOILET PAPER. The entire cabin is falling apart! Charlie did put us in a different cabin after threatening to...

« Close to marina. Nice dock on property, but bit of a walk on stairs. Very nice out side seating area. Extremely clean. Cottage decoration that is very tasteful. Owner very helpful and addresses any questions ASAP. Looking forward to returning next year. »
