« This was a very disappointing stay, especially for a New Year’s trip with family.The cleanliness was unacceptable. There was hair and dog hair on the blankets, hair inside the bathtub, and dirt throughout the house. « Pillows were terrible, resulting in stiff necks and poor sleep. Bath towels had holes in them and need to be replaced. The bed was not level it slanted towards the sinking corner of the room and was propped up with boards - We had to reverse the sleeping position so we weren’t downhill) The floor was sinking very noticeably in the area by the bed.
