« Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. »

« The cottage is very comfortable with many accommodations for meal prep or just relaxing. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Utica area. The host and his help were courteous and easy to communicate with. Very happy with my choice to stay there. »
