« We loved our stay at the Carriage House. Patrick and Kathryn were wonderful hosts. They provided information in a timely manner, and were quick to respond to any questions. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back! »

« I cant say much because i only stayed 1 night but i will say it was exactly what i needed. The place is very cute, rustic but modern. The neighborhood was very quiet. I wish i could have stayed longer and if im ever in the area i would stay there again. »

« We were not able to stay at the property but Katherine, the host, was very nice and responsive when we called for help. The email Vrbo sent with the directions to the property were not correct. It sent us to a totally different property in an entirely different location of the property we rented. We searched and searched from around 5:30 in the afternoon until about 7:30 but to no avail. It was a cold and rainy evening. We were giving up when Katherine contacted us and helped direct us to...

« Perfect location for families with young children and pets to play in the water with limited boat traffic. Great yard with patios and fire pit for relaxing. Property manager was very responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the great vacation memories! »

« This was the second time I stayed at this property and really do love it. It is close enough to my family in Ridgefield for me to fee like I am just around the corner, while being in a quiet, peaceful private property. The setup was perfect for myself and my mom, but could also accommodate a larger group. It isn’t a big space, but had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be looking to stay here again on another visit. Thank you! »

« We had a wonderful Christmas getaway with family at the “Ice Cream Cottage”. It is much more spacious than it looks on the outside.It was clean and had everything we needed. Host was attentive to any questions we had.The fenced in yard was great for our “fur baby” to run around. »

« This house was so incredible. Not only was it in a quiet nice neighborhood the inside was incredible too. Pool table as well as a pool it was perfect for my stay to have fun and enjoy our time. They were very communicative and welcoming to their house. Everything was comfortable and clean. Can’t say any bad things about this place. Definitely going to book again. I already miss it. »

« Beautifully clean, well decorated home with comfortable furniture and beds. Coming from the flat lands of the midwest, the hills and curves to get to the home (especially in the dark) are something to be aware of. I was glad my husband was driving. Would definitely recommend to other. Wish could have stayed longer and explored the outdoors more. »

« My brother, sister and I were looking for a property that reminded us of our family vacations at a lake in New Hampshire. This house was perfect: gorgeous view of the lake, comfortable bedrooms, nice amenities, pretty decor and a working fireplace! Two suggestions: a light marking the driveway for late arrivals, and a few extra blankets in the bedrooms. Otherwise, just great. And thanks for arranging the lovely early spring weather, too! »

« The property is better than advertised. Very nicely appointed. We were traveling with an infant and a high chair was available. Bring a baby gate for the stairs inside. One is already installed on the back deck stairs. The decor is fabulous, the rooms spacious and check in and out seamless! We will be back! Ruthie M. »
