« My hosts Richard and Nicki were warm and welcoming.I was staying alone and they were attentive and generous. The cottage was also warm and welcoming, comfortable and immaculate. I especially loved my mornings in the cozy porch with coffee and a view of stunning foliage. Enjoyed the nearby trails and proximity to friends and family. The perfect place to pause and reset. »

« We had an amazing month stay at this property in New Fairfield. The house is extremely cozy, and easily accessible to the lake and the town of New Fairfield. The house came with everything we needed to enjoy days down by the beach and served as a great home base. Jonathan was extremely receptive and was able to quickly answer any questions. « Great spot if you want to spend some time in Beacon. The walk to downtown is about 0.2 of a mile. Roundhouse is the spot to go if you want a great meal with great service. Outdoor seating is very pretty overloking a waterfall. If you sit inside you also get a beautiful view out the window of the waterfall. « Wonderful rental situated in a gorgeous natural setting. The unit has all the amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Beautiful walks start at this front door. Very comfortable for a 3 person stay although you could probably put someone on the front room sofa. If you are shy, you may be uncomfortable with no window shades on the side or back windows. The only true negative is the spiral staircase leading to the loft. It is very narrow with a short handrail. Not for the faint of heart. We...
