« We were very surprised and thought it was so sweet that when we arrived there was a cute setup on the table with a card for our anniversary Hollie was very prompt with messages and was a great host! It was quiet and relaxing and was what we needed to get away for the weekend. We also thought it was cool that there were dog dishes as well. We both agreed and said it would be somewhere we would want to return to for another visit sometime »

« Excellent property on all counts. Immaculate, peaceful, fully supplied. Comfortable bed, beautiful shower, high-end kitchen. Also, a well-designed home, with all the right storage and fixtures. Every time we walked in the door the view out the back took my breath away. And, while our weather was much cooler than we anticipated, we spent lovely late afternoons on the deck with a bottle of wine and potato chips :-).As another reviewer noted, this property isn't secluded, but you certainly feel...

« Nice, pet friendly cabin very close to the Allegheny Reservoir. Cabin is located in a quiet off the beaten path area with abundant wildlife. Will likely return and stay again in the future. Could use some renovations, I do believe that the owners are in the process of doing some renovations in the future as they grow the business. »

« The property was gorgeous. Little House on the prairie feel with modern accoutrements. Close to SUNY Fredonia (20 minutes). Beds were very comfortable. Screened in porch and working wood fireplace in the living room. Fire pit outside as well as grill. I wish I found this before my son graduated, but we loved our time here on graduation weekend. »
