Finding a property that comfortably accommodates a large crew is rare. The house was spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the layout gave everyone their own space. « Excellent stay at Max's property. Would recommend to everyone.Max was highly communicative in advance of the stay and during. Max proactively identified an issue with the master bedroom the day before our stay, implemented a resolution, and let us know about everything so that we could alter our sleeping arrangements as needed. Max also helped direct us to extra supplies during the stay - which was very useful since we were hosting a big family group at the time.The house itself was wonderful....

We tried repeatedly to communicate with the owner, who only responded to one initial concern- that the house had no heat and we had to sleep with the temperature at 52 degrees the first night. We had no heat in the kitchen and living room for the first 20 hours of our stay. The owner did not respond to any of our other concerns. « We really enjoyed our stay! We were extended family with six adults and six kids and had plenty of space to spread out. The indoor hot tub was a real treat in the winter. The grandchildren were able to go sledding right out in front by the driveway. Everything else that we needed was a very short drive away e.g. pizza, supermarket, etc.. The host was very responsive. »

« Our stay was great. The house is new and amazing. The host was responsive and answered any questions we had. There a few things I would note: the living room gets very sunny and the glare of the ice on the lake made it a bit hard to stay in there. « Our 6 yo daughter was having surgery the week after our stay. We needed a place to just unwind and prepare. Renata's property was perfect. We had plenty of room. Everything we needed was provided. There were a few minor snags but Renata and her team were quick to respond and made everything right. Renata was an extremely thoughtful host. She even surprised my daughter, and us, by sending her a doll with the same medical condition as my daughter. Thanks again Renata!! We would definitely stay...
