« This was one of our best VRBO stays. The cabin is beautifully located and the decor is stunning. It is also wonderfully equipped with everything you need - in the kitchen, patio, etc. While every space in the cabin is uniquely charming, it was also very comfortable - from bathrooms to bedrooms to living room. Since the weather was good during our stay, we practically lived on the fabulous screened in porch! Our host was always responsive - although we really didn't have reason to contact her...

« House was great, beds were very comfortable, and we had a great time. Docking a start because the listing is incorrect. It lists 6 beds (or at least did in Jan 2026) and there were only 5. Part of the reason we chose this location was due to the number of beds. That being said, would definitely stay there again if we had the number of people appropriate for the bed count and would highly recommend to others. »

« When we arrived at the house, we unpacked and within a few minutes, we smelled something that smelled like sewer gas in the bathroom. The owners came over and accused us of pouring something down the drain to get out of paying them. We could not stay in the house it smelled so bad and they would not refund our money. VRBO took their side! This was a horrific experience. I hope they get the sewer smell figured out. I just wanted to visit my daughter and this turned into a nightmare. I understand...

« We had a wonderful visit in the Catskills at Mai’s cabin for Easter. The cabin feels larger than it is with well designed rooms offering great views of the woods from all directions. I enjoy cooking and it’s obvious the owner is a serious cook with a well stocked kitchen and accessories. All in all our family had a special time in kerhonkson and we highly recommend Mai’s cabin. »
