« Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. »

« The room was cold and very uncomfortable upon arrival. Communication was difficult and unsatisfactory. Two hours later it was still cold. The room was not very clean. It needed vacuuming. There was no info left by the owner at all. After the owner told us to leave if we weren't happy, we found another place to stay. Also, VRBO is supposed to be an entire residence, not a room attached. We could hear their TV. The outside was not very neat, had zero curb appeal, limited parking. There is no...

« Convenient location near lots of cool spots. The space was very clean, thoughtfully designed, and included everything you could need. Also—I forgot my Kindle there and had to reach out to the host. He so kindly shipped it to me, and I am beyond touched at his willingness to do so. Obviously just a very good person who was helpful and had a great property. »
