« My family and I loved our stay at Breezy Acres Farm! Our apartment was very clean, full size clean kitchen, and comfortable beds. Mike, the owner was available to answer questions and show us the farm. It was about a 10minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park where our Grandson was playing. We enjoyed everything at the farm especially the cleanliness. I highly recommend staying here. »

« We enjoyed our stay in Cooperstown very much. The place was located in a prime area. However, if loud, drunk people would bother you at night this is not the place for you. Luckily, my husband is hard of hearing and I actually enjoy going to sleep to the sounds of people having fun! Also, the parking was tight the first night but CJ came to my rescue! »

« The location was perfect for our Dreams Park trip. Being less than 15 mins from the field was ideal for in between games trips to cool off or eat lunch (and for our toddler to take much needed naps!) The view from the back deck is beautiful and peaceful. The living space was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials. Clean and comfortable! If we end up in this area again we will 100% try and book here if it’s available. »

« My parents and i came up here with mt toddler daughter for a Cooperstown/Baseball Hall of Fame weekend. This spot was super local, quiet, and private. It allowed us to all be in the same place but also had plenty of room for my parents and i to sleep seperately and without disturbing anyone. My toddler had feeedom to play in the house and run around outaide on the grass. my parents »
