« Being a dog friendly home, you would never know that animals were in that house. It was extremely clean and very easy to find. The host is fantastic. I forgot my earnings on the nightstand and she very responsive and mailed them to me. 10/10 the perfect distance from the race track too! »

« The house was perfect! Plenty of room to hang out, comfortable bedrooms, beautiful outdoor areas. The house is a tiny walk outside the back and you're on the river. The space was perfect. Would highly recommend. »

« I liked it very much, the house was very nice and nicely decorated. Everything was there even washer and dryer. The view was so excellent and if it was warmer weather would have enjoyed sitting on deck overlooking the water. Location great, near markets, etc. I would rent again. Jan »

« Mike’s place was the perfect home base to explore Saratoga and beyond. The beds are super comfortable, and the house was well stocked with anything we possibly would need. The kids really enjoyed the deck and the ping pong table. Being able to stay so close to downtown as well as to Saratoga Spa State Park was wonderful. We will definitely be back! »

« We were in town for a horse show, and this property was the perfect location. What a cool spot! We all loved it, such a creative idea. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. If you happened to forget any toiletries, they were avaliable! Such a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the tenant above was also very quiet, and has the cutest dog's. We ate at the Ugly Rooster café, ...

« We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. « We rented this house for my son’s graduation from Skidmore College. Six family members and a dog stayed for the weekend. The place was perfect. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space (both indoors and outdoors) to relax. Easy check-in and check-out processes, and responsive management. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near walking trails, but amenities are close by. Easy access via back roads to Skidmore campus and SPAC grounds. We would stay here again. »
