« Peaceful and so cozy. Weather wasn't cooperating but being in the warm, toasty, cabin in a rainy day was blissful! Mark, the host, is such a wonderful, caring and pleasant host. I love to cook and the amenities were perfect! Definitely stay here even if you stay out of season. »

« This property is absolutely amazing! Waking up every morning to beautiful nature was priceless! It is very quiet and secluded, nature lovers paradise. The cabin exceeded my expectations by far. It is extremely clean and welcoming. Everything that is there was felt like it was carefully chosen. We had fire at night. Watched movies wrote bed and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. We are certainly hoping to come back next year! Perfect location! Thank you very much for everything! »

« My mother-in-law has a bucket list of staying insome unique places so we booked this for her birthday. The caboose is very cool! The caboose is very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies if needed and a nice size refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you know someone that loves trains or likes staying in one of a kind places. »

« From the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out everything was perfect. We came to town as our son was playing at All-Star Village which was only an 11 mile drive away. We had campfires that were one of our favorites of the week sitting around catching up with my parents who came with us. Everything was thought of when stocking the cabin with all the necessary items and beyond! The owner was very kind and courteous and went above for sure. If we were to come back I would choose...

« I’ve stayed in a number of vrbo’s and this is the first I have been compelled to write a review because the experience was so positive. Property and cabin was clean and in great condition. Linens and beds were very comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive and location was about 25 minutes from Cooperstown. We saw a ton of wildlife in the area including deer, groundhogs, a fox, chipmunks, and turkeys. Great place to stay! »

« We were in the area for a family wedding and this rental worked perfectly. It really was a home away from home, full kitchen, laundry area. The 2nd floor had a seperate living area, full bath and sleeping area for my son’s family with 2 small children. Had I stayed longer I may have enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. »
