Town of Northumberland : Cabanes

« We had a very nice time in the cabin on July 4th weekend! We really liked being able to walk to Million Dollar Beach and even further into the village. We also liked being close to The Garrison restaurant. The cabin itself was very cozy. Kitchen is well equipped but could use a drying rack for dishes which we never found. Bed is soft and comfortable. My only issue was that there is no extra bedding in the cabin. Would have been nice to have a blanket for the living room. Otherwise, it...

« This is a cute, family-friendly camp with access to a beautiful Adirondack lake! The bedrooms are small, but the living space is really well laid out and there are plenty of roomy and comfy beds. The hosts provided lots of thoughtful extras and the kitchen and linens are well stocked. Our grown kids loved the hot tub and it a great to have a dishwasher and laundry! »

« I only spent a short time at the cabin but was impressed with how well it was stocked with all of the necessary items. It was clean, well equipped, and in a private location which was great for my dogs. The pond with fish was an extra treat. If there was anything negative it would be that outside barbeque didn't work. Not a big deal. I cooked on the stove instead. Thanks Helen for a comfortable experience! »

« Rustic and quirky log cabin next to the pond. Excellent communication with the hosts. Pictures are representative of the property, it is older, but has everything that you need. Host have also provided thoughtful touches such as s’mores fixings to use at the terrific campfire and dog treats and dog towels for when your pet finally gets out of the lake! We spent a ton of time inside the screened in porch, enjoying that nice space and the beauty of the lake. »
