Chalets à Town of New Haven

« Close to hiking and bridge. Park well maintained »

« Very clean, perfect for what we needed, which was a place to relax, eat, watch some tv and sleep after white water rafting. »

« Clean and secluded »

« There’s a lot of bad things I could say about this cabin. But the worst thing was (the wiring). I was worried the cabin would catch on fire. Some of the light fixtures were loose in the walls. Especially the kitchen. We did not use the hot tub. We were informed that if water was spilled out it would trip the electric breaker box. »

« Loved the back deck nice and quiet area close to several walking trails. »

« Enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located close to everything! »

« This cottage is absolutely precious! From the morning and evening deer sightings in the yard to the cleanliness and comfort of the interior, beds, and lounging/ den area it was nearly perfect. Hostess Carri has thought of everything to make this a delightful stay for anyone wanting to visit the area and to attend New River Gorge. AND it is pet-friendly! The trailhead to our chosen hiking trail was nearly within walking distance! Should we ever revisit the area we will most definitely return to...

« Great place »

« Awesome house in the heart of town. Great spot for me to set as my home base to explore all the areas of New River Gorge. Would for sure recommend. Walkable to local spots for coffee or lunch/dinner. Hosts instructions were very clear. 10/10 »

« Everything is great »

« Super cute recently renovated home. Well equipped for a comfortable stay. We loved it ! »

« It was perfect 👌 »

« I have to say, this was one of the most well-stocked, and cleanest VRBOs we’ve been in. It is an older home, but I don’t think there was one speck of dirt to be seen anywhere! And there was soap, extra tp, bikes, hammocks, more than enough towels, plenty of everything for anything you might need in a pinch! The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and it was so nice to have the hot tub to relax in after a full day of hiking and exploring. If we were to return to new river gorge, we would stay...

« This property was everything! Perfect location with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Great outdoor relaxing areas. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it super comfortable for our party of 6. Great communication with host for an easy check in and out! Everything we needed and more for a great weekend. We will be back! »
