5. Cozy tiny log cabin on 14 acres

« This is a small cabin located down a slight hill from the owner's house. They did a wonderful job of clearing out trails behind the property throughout the woods, between cabin and the road. The town of Chappaqua is beautiful and located close by, with any amenities you may need. The cabin is modified from an old stone and log structure and had all the basics you will need for a rustic retreat. Joanne was very friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy seeing guests have a pleasant stay. »

"Bonne surprise pour ce petit hôtel vieillissant mais plein de charme. Chambre très propre, ménage fait tous les jours. Espace confortable. Réfrigérateur, micro ondes, cafetière avec ce qu'il faut pour l'utiliser. Petite table avec fauteuil permettant de prendre un petit repas dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner agréable et varié. Personnel adorable."

"Séjour d’un week-end. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est accueillant et bien localisé pour les déplacements. J’ai commandé un souper au restaurant de l’hôtel et c’était très bon. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Par contre il y a deux choses qui m’ont dérangée. 1. Les murs de la douche n’étaient pas bien nettoyés dans notre chambre. Juste avec mon doigt j’étais capable d’enlever la saleté. J’espère que le ménage sera mieux fait pour la personne qui va occuper cette chambre là. 2. J’ai tout payé par Expedia mais plusieurs frais différents ont été chargé sur ma carte. La réceptionniste s’est excusée mais j’attends de revoir les crédits sur ma carte. J’habite loin et je ne voudrais pas avoir à les appeler pour des corrections. "
