« Very roomy interior, very charming and came well equipped in the kitchen. It was a little warm in the common areas since there was no air conditioning in that area and just had a dehumidifier to keep it comfortable. The exterior could use some cosmetic improvements. The outdoor chairs by the river were mismatched and had not been cleaned. The deck had also not been swept or treated in a while. The directions were a little unclear but once we found it, we could use the brown park signs on...

« The perfect location for a New Paltz getaway, this adorable, nicely decorated, one-bedroom apartment is in the lower level of a home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Considering it is just minutes from the center of New Paltz including the Rail Trail and dozens of unique places to eat and shop, this apartment is remarkably quiet. The bedroom has a memory foam mattress, and the living space has a comfy couch with TV and streaming. Great hosts! »

« Everything about our stay was perfect! The check-in process was super easy and smooth, and the communication was excellent throughout. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The picture really don’t do it justice. The location was also highlight. Tried the some of different restaurants in the area and really enjoyed all of them. Would definitely stay here again! »

Nice fluffy towels for the walk in shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great place to stay if you are attending an event at the R&W farm. Thank you again for everything. »
