« The cabin was exactly what we were looking for during our Fall stay for rest and relaxing. The views every morning and evening were gorgeous. We love that the cabin is pet friendly so our dogs could join us for the week. We used the hot tub almost every evening to watch the sunset which were amazing. « This is a very nice property with more positives than negatives.I'll put the negatives first: No curtains on windows other than in the bedrooms/bathroom. This one seems kind of odd, but there is no way to cover the windows in the kitchen, dining room, or living room (which faces the lake). « We had a wonderful time at Sunset Cottage! The house is clean, comfortable and well appointed, and the grounds and scenery/views are great! We appreciated the kayaks that were available for our use and the ability to dock our pontoon boat so conveniently. Keith and his wife are fantastic hosts! It is clear that they truly care about the property and the comfort and happiness of their guests. We would stay here again and recommend to others. »

« A very well thought-through designed home on a very quiet lot right on the St Lawrence River. stunning decor and furnishings. Extremely clean. Views of the river are stunning to say the least. My business partner and I needed a place to stay while in Hammond. Couldn’t have made a better choice. The transparency and interaction with the host was a sure bet of a fast response incase of any important questions
 and that goes a long way for me. 5 star all around experience. »

« This property is a special place. It has lovely grounds on "the river". We rented a boat and enjoyed the dock and cruising the river. Also loved using the fire pit in the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets. I have stayed in a number of rentals throughout my life but the supplies in this one tops them all.
