« It was great, didn’t hurt we hit the HOT sunny weather right on! Photos were spot on, CLEAR water right at the dock . Cottage was roomy , right ON the river, renovated just right. Flowers planted all over for a quaint effect. We had the first 2 days all to ourselves on the river(meaning the A-frame adjacent to us was unoccupied. « Our 2nd year renting at this absolutely perfect spot! We arrived this year 2 weeks earlier so met many of campers in the area. They were the highlight of our visit! Just great people! « We spent a week there and my wife and our two boys did not want to leave. This beautifully positioned property offered everything we needed in terms of the view, peacefulness, space, and overall accommodations. It was a perfect launch point for our daily trips to different parts of the lake to either chill, swim and do some fishing. « Kitchen was well stocked, nice to have linens supplied. The AC was small but we only needed it a couple nights. I have MCAS and brought my own air purifier which helped me. Host was wonderful and responsive. »

« This is a very nice property with more positives than negatives.I'll put the negatives first: No curtains on windows other than in the bedrooms/bathroom. This one seems kind of odd, but there is no way to cover the windows in the kitchen, dining room, or living room (which faces the lake). This combined with slightly close neighbors means that the lights they leave on or conversations can be seen and heard. I could not get the side door to lock.
