« The property has a hot tub and pool, which was worth the money. There was an unpleasant odor inside but the temperature was naturally cool (and we were there during an especially hot spell). We ended up forgetting to empty the fridge (our bad), but we choose stay at VRBOs for that extra touch. They never texted us to ask if we were still in the area (we were and they knew our daughter was in the same town) and could come get our stuff. They choose to throw everything out and we left behind quite...

« The property was great and our stay was great during the 250th Independence Day weekend. Tim was super responsive, even going above and beyond to give restaurant recommendations. On the night before July 4th, we couldn’t figure out how to work the coffee maker (which we thought was broken, but wasn’t). Tim raced over to not only bring us a new one to use, but he also “fixed” the old one. Thank you so much, Tim! We loved it. »

« The apartment and location were perfect. 10-15 minute walk from both the race track and downtown area. Convenient off street parking. The apartment was clean and well kept. It is an older building, noise travels from the other units with the creaky doors and floors. Only complaint was around excessive price gouging for early check in (50/hr). Although the apartment was empty and we were traveling with an 8 month old, we needed to pay extra for early check in. Regardless of that, we would...

« We arrived to a great easy check in early morning. Went to take shower to find no hot water notified via text and email property owner immediately. He took time to answer . Once answered he stated he would attempt to have someone fix. Long story short multiple conversations never got hot water entire stay. No money back was offered I had to ask. He gave us 200 back. I feel entire stay should have been refunded. It is completely unreasonable to expect someone to pay when no hot water. »

« Great location! Rental was clean and well appointed. Three bathrooms with one on first floor was a plus. AC was set comfortably. Just a couple of blips. While kitchen is beautiful with high end appliances, the refrigerator did not provide ice or water because the filter had expired. One hairdryer was no longer there. And probably the biggest issue was that the listing promised a queen bed in each bedroom, one of them was definitely only a double. With two older couples we definitely...
