« We stayed 4 nights with friends visiting from Belgium. Great location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The views were wonderful especially from the rooftop deck above the boathouse. In spite of the weather we had a great time. A few more kitchen towels were needed. The drains in both showers were very slow! It would be nice to have a dresser in each bedroom. »

« We were excited to ice fish the famed Chaumont Bay for trophy walleye. Unfortunately the fishing didn't go as planned. The house was great, very clean and comfortable for our group. There was a minor issue with the boiler that the manager solved very quickly. I would definitely stay here again if the fishing was better. If you are headed there to ice fish, you should be aware that access to the water from the cottage is via a set of narrow stairs, and getting a shanty to the back yard is...

« The house was perfect. We brought our 14 year old daughter and her friend and our older children came and went with their significant others. The house had anything you could need for a carefree vacation! We would definitely recommend! Beautiful lake view. Sat on the large deck and had a glass of wine. Big yard. We set up a volleyball net for the kids. Firepit by the lake for a fire at night. Very large. Easily accommodateed 8 people. Thank you for sharing your home with us!! »

« Lovely cottage! Everything was in perfect working order. Beds were very comfortable. Very beautiful view of the river from the back screened in porch. We sat out there every morning and evening. Got great pics of the wildlife. Very peaceful location. »

« Wonderful cottage, with a spectacular view, located minutes from Cedar Pointe State Park and short drive to downtown Clayton. The cottage interior is incredibly clean, nicely decorated and remodeled with thoughtful amenities including onsite laundry and an exceptionally well stocked pantry for guests to use. The cottage includes access to the boathouse amenities and I enjoyed utilizing the kayaks and paddle boards available for guest use and even the outdoor grill was immaculate. Very...
