« We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s house. It had everything we needed and was probably the cleanest house we’ve ever rented. Located in a very quiet neighborhood just outside of Sackets Harbor (which turned out to be a lovely place with great opportunities for walking), it was a great location near Lake Ontario, the St. Lawrence, and the things we wanted to do. Jane was a most gracious and responsive host, again the best we’ve ever had. »

The cottage is small and is perfect for a couple or a small family.The views are incredible and the outdoor access is amazing. the owners have a row of Adirondack chairs right along the beach to sit and watch the ships go by ,watch the sunset, and enjoy water activities like swimming, boating, kayaking, and fishing. « Cute little cabin that had a lot of amenities available. Local grocery is only a few minutes away. Problems: beds are hard, the main „queen“ bed is two twins pushed together but the seam isn‘t connected so we kept falling through the middle and it was too small. ‚Would’ve chosen something else had I known. Fan in living room didn‘t work, someone removed the chain and still couldn‘t get it to turn on. Very hot during the summer. There are a few restaurants nearby within walking, be sure to check...
