« The carriage house was a great experience. Clean and cozy (but not small). River running just outside provided great calming sound throughout and otherwise very quiet and at the very back of a wonderful area. Hiking trails are walkable directly from the property as well. Dorset is a wonderful area and close enough to Manchester that we drive in daily. Would highly recommend this place. »

« The decor and warmth this property held was great! The host and her husband were so wonderful and sweet! We felt very at home here! Her husband also offers boat tours around Lake George at a very reasonable price! We didn't ourselves take advantage of the breakfast but we could smell the wonderful cooking from the window! Short walk from property to the center of the village! Would definitely recommend to anyone that is interested and we will likely be going back as well! »

The exposed brick walls and decor made the space comfortable as a hang out and was in a great location - right downtown and walkable to amazing restaurants. The host was not as responsive as I'm used to but did provide check-in instructions when asked and allowed a late check-out. « We loved everything about the apartment- it was in a great location, very clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was also amazing and the host was very responsive. The apartment was a quick 15-20 minutes from Lake George. Had a great time and would definitely stay there again! »
