« This was such a wonderful final stop on our cross-country drive from CO to NH. Our host was so proactive in communicating in advance of arrival that we knew we were in great hands. The unit was immaculate, really lovely and well stocked with great coffee options - what a delight? The neighborhood is beautiful and relaxing and we loved walking down to the lake to enjoy the gorgeous sunset! A must stay if you are in the area! »

« So we booked this place for several nights in Hamburg NY and it was a complete disaster and should never have been listed with VRBO. I'm nearly 70 and have bad asthma. Immediately on entering the place I had the first of two asthma attacks due to the moldy must dirty air in the place. It was not unlike a college apartment and is potentially dangerous to others who have similar and worse conditions. I then had a second asthma attack that nearly put me in the hospital it was so bad and it...

« Everything was just as listed but even better in person. Photos don't do justice to the charm and beauty of the whole place. So many friendly people living nearby, including Ken! Getting the history of the house was fascinating. We had very minor questions and Ken took care of them quickly as he was next door. He was extremely respectful of our privacy! We rarely saw him. The upstairs tenants were very respectful too. The place was very well kept with working necessities. All furniture was...

« We had a cozy stay for two and really enjoyed our weekend getaway! The place was small but had everything we needed and was thoughtfully stocked. The bathroom and shower are definitely compact, but the space was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable overall, although the pillows could definitely be upgraded—more comfortable, supportive pillows would make a big difference. Parking was very convenient, too. We did encounter a few spiders during our stay, so a little extra attention to...

« You might think Cattaraugus NY is in the middle of nowhere, but that's the point, isn't it? It's actually centrally located and has enough access to conveniences. The apartment is great, clean, well stocked, spacious. The hosts are awesome, just let them know if you need something. There is heat, but no A/C, which you probably won't need.I was in town as a break from camping and slumming it for weeks in the Buffalo area. Just being able to cook, do laundry and cycle the hilly roads down here...
