« We came to Fairfield because we thought we would be getting great service. We did not get room service because the maids cannot read English I hung a door hanger out for what I thought was room service. Turns out you have two door hangers one was for towels and room service the other was and. I feel very let down and discouraged by the way I was treated. « Place was a dump! Definitely not worth the hundreds a night it was! The egg patties were hard, the gym is a storage unit and was unavailable. The room was dirty feeling. Got the suite with the room spa and the spa tub was gross! I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean it myself and that didn’t even help much just made me feel a tiny bit better knowing I cleaned it! There were young adult friends of the worker hanging out in the front lobby being loud! Maybe they lived there? The hall...

« We were only there overnight for a resident graduation, so we didn’t use the amenities or eat breakfast, but the coffee was good, room was clean and nice. Smelled nice despite the hallway smelling like smoke (we were on the first floor and could see people smoking at the end of the hall , outside, with the door open. Staff was friendly, check in was easy, we were surprised it was as comfortable as it was. Would stay here again! »

« When I first got here, the smell was bad. The microwave didn’t work and I had to check the mattresses for bedbugs, but the roaches were pretty bad unless you have it cold in here. »

« The shower has no pressure and minnmal heat, pillows go flat and you might as well lay on thr mattress sheets xand bedding like sand paper, smallest fridge can not even hold left overs from takeout. Coffee was mud water . Tv was ok nothing to write home about. Cost too much and cost more then just going through hotel. »
