« Appartement superbe, très grand, lits moelleux. Par contre le canapé pour la 5e personne est un peu pourri. Il y a eu un malentendu avec le propriétaire, nous avons attendu un bon moment pour le code de la porte en bas, et avons malencontreusement dérangé les voisins. Heureusement tout s'est arrangé et EARL a vite réagi. Dans l'ensemble bon séjour. Merci beaucoup »

« Met our needs. Small bedroom, nice kitchenette, lovely patio out back. Hostess was gracious and accommodating, even provided snacks, breakfast foods and coffee. Beautiful location, quiet. Cute country decor. »

« Cute ground floor one bedroom in a brownstone with fresh decor and ample space. Clean and welcoming with easy checkin/checkout. No communication issues and I booked at the last minute. Space has outdoor area and is stocked for basic cooking with extras like coffee pods and tea bags. Easy walking distance to downtown in quiet safe neighborhood. Found street parking easily on a holiday weekend. Would definitely stay again. »

« Comfortable, quiet, conveniently located property for a last minute mini family reunion near RPI / Troy NY. Hosts were very communicative and property was as listed. Waterford is a lovely small upstate NY town. A visit to the impressive Cohoes Falls is just a short car ride away. Peebles State Park is very nearby for a nice easy walk along the Mohawk River. Eagles and other birdlife were seen daily. An very enjoyable, relaxing stay. »

« This unique hideaway was great for our family. The open layout might not work for everyone, but suited us just fine! We were only here a couple nights but enjoyed the location and using the hot tub! »
