Please Note: There is a separate suite located on the estate with its own private entrance. If the suite is booked during your stay, you may see other guests on the property. However, their access is limited exclusively to the Estate Suite and its designated outdoor fire pit area. They do not have access to the castle interior, hot tub, sauna, Lion's Den, or other amenities reserved for Main Estate guests. Guests staying in the main house residence park at the front of the house.

Other things to note
The property may not be used for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, parties, gatherings, or any event involving non-registered guests without prior written approval and a separate Event & Estate Use Agreement.

The presence of unregistered guests, event equipment, décor, vendors, or increased vehicle traffic will be treated as an unauthorized event.

Any use of the property for an event or gathering without a separately executed Event & Estate Use Agreement constitutes a material breach of Property Rules

The Host reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay without refund and retain the security deposit.
