« This house should not be listed for rent. It needs a complete overhaul, is very poorly maintained and grungy. I arrived to garbage overflowing from the outside garbage cans onto the ground. The first night I could not breathe in the house due to dampness, mildrew and dog hair throughout the bedroom. When I went to open the windows, there were no screens. « The pictures don't really do justice to the feeling you have when you enter this home. It is a warm and cozy welcome. A modern lake house with many thoughtful touches. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the game room was an added bonus. We would stay here again. »

« What a beautiful house in an amazing location, literally one block from all restaurants, bars, and shopping. The house was very clean, easy to access, and had every amenity. Sitting on the front porch at night was so charming, the community is very engaging and polite as they walked by. The communication with the owner Ashlee was on point and helpful. The only minor challenge can be parking, we opted to park at the corner lot, where Skip cut us a great deal for 4 days. »
