« Property is beautiful BUT beware the cabins are much smaller than they appear in the photos. The upstairs with the 2 beds is just a crawl space with beds. Not suitable for young kids or anyone tall lol. The steps leading up to that space is dangerous. Make sure to buy the linen package, i didnt even know it exsisted until we arrived and it was to late to purchase. Beware of the slippery floors as well, my kids took many spills on them. The bunkbeds are also in closet NOT room. »

I had to contact the host, Bob, upon arrival and, as always, he was readily available! We added an extra day on to our stay this year and we’re glad we did! « Very convenient to get to the balloon festival and also to Lake George. My cottage was ready early and they left me check in. Dollar General was only 2 minutes away. »

« Perfect little place to stay right on the lake. 3 bedrooms all with comfy beds. We didn’t spend much time in the house but it was a good base for us to explore the local area a bit and mostly spend time on the lake. Lake access is right across the street. The street isn’t too busy so we had no problem crossing down to the lake. Chairs, a fire pit and some kayaks and a canoe were provided by the lake. Views were great! Hosts were very responsive and check in/check out very easy. Would stay again!...
