« Had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as excellent location, easy parking, laundry, and great set-up in the common space for spending time together as a family (two adults and two almost adult kids). We walked just about everywhere, and the code entry was very convenient because there was no dealing with keys when we went our separate ways. Beds were comfortable (master BR mattress was very firm—just FYI for folks who don’t like that) and AC worked fine. Lots of nice little touches...

« The property is exactly as advertised. The location was very convenient for either downtown or racetrack activity relative to walking distance. The apartment was as clean as any rental I have ever stayed at. The property manager was extremely responsive to all communications and checked in on us regularly to ensure all our needs were met. This will be the first place I check out for future visits with my wife to Saratoga Springs. »

« We arrived to a great easy check in early morning. Went to take shower to find no hot water notified via text and email property owner immediately. He took time to answer . Once answered he stated he would attempt to have someone fix. Long story short multiple conversations never got hot water entire stay. No money back was offered I had to ask. He gave us 200 back. I feel entire stay should have been refunded. It is completely unreasonable to expect someone to pay when no hot water. »
