« The property was great and our stay was great during the 250th Independence Day weekend. Tim was super responsive, even going above and beyond to give restaurant recommendations. On the night before July 4th, we couldn’t figure out how to work the coffee maker (which we thought was broken, but wasn’t). « The apartment and location were perfect. 10-15 minute walk from both the race track and downtown area. Convenient off street parking. The apartment was clean and well kept. It is an older building, noise travels from the other units with the creaky doors and floors. Only complaint was around excessive price gouging for early check in (50/hr). « We arrived to a great easy check in early morning. Went to take shower to find no hot water notified via text and email property owner immediately. He took time to answer . Once answered he stated he would attempt to have someone fix. Long story short multiple conversations never got hot water entire stay. No money back was offered I had to ask. He gave us 200 back. I feel entire stay should have been refunded. It is completely unreasonable to expect someone to pay when no hot water. »
