« The location is a 5 star location. Some minor issues, no top sheets on any beds but we found them. Weeds around tennis court and swimming pool need to be removed. House was very spacious. Overall, we had a great time. »

We tried repeatedly to communicate with the owner, who only responded to one initial concern- that the house had no heat and we had to sleep with the temperature at 52 degrees the first night. We had no heat in the kitchen and living room for the first 20 hours of our stay. The owner did not respond to any of our other concerns. « Excellent stay at Max's property. Would recommend to everyone.Max was highly communicative in advance of the stay and during. Max proactively identified an issue with the master bedroom the day before our stay, implemented a resolution, and let us know about everything so that we could alter our sleeping arrangements as needed. Max also helped direct us to extra supplies during the stay - which was very useful since we were hosting a big family group at the time.The house itself was wonderful....
