« We loved this cozy place to stay. Matt and Eliza were genuinely friendly and attentive. The cottage is sweetly decorated and the small kitchen has everything you might need for an overnight. Really enjoyed the coffee in the morning. Bed very comfortable with extra blankets. The little fireplace in the sitting room put out a nice warmth for the cool Sept evening. « This is an excellent place to stay. It is 20 min. north of Binghamton and 45 min. east of Ithaca, where we did many hikes. But each day, we looked forward to returning to the cottage. Where you are staying, you wouldn't know there was a town within a 100 miles. The only noise you will hear is birds happily singing. « The house was beautiful. It looked brand new and was immaculately clean and comfortable. The house was well stocked with supplies and even condiments. So we didn’t have to go to the store to pick up anything. The hosts thought of everything you might need. And the fishing was great. Highly recommend!!! »

« The location was very remote and private yet close to stores if needed. The camp is rustic but it is very comfortable and very clean. We were visited every morning and evening by many deer who foraged in the front yard for apples. The host was very responsive and pleasant. This is a great place to get away from it all. « We stayed at the lake house for about a week and half in June and had a blast. The weather worked out for us and we spent nearly everyday on the water with our pup. The house had kayaks and a pedal boat for use. Water access couldn't be any easier. We also brought our mountain bikes and rode around and hiked on local trails. Overall we had a great, and much needed, relaxing vacation. »
