« This property is absolutely amazing! Waking up every morning to beautiful nature was priceless! It is very quiet and secluded, nature lovers paradise. The cabin exceeded my expectations by far. It is extremely clean and welcoming. Everything that is there was felt like it was carefully chosen. We had fire at night. Watched movies wrote bed and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. We are certainly hoping to come back next year! Perfect location! Thank you very much for everything! »

« Attended 2024 Cooperstown Baseball tournament at the ALLSTAR VILLAGE fields. We were happy to get away from the fields as we wanted both to be 30 mins away from fields but also peace and beauty. This is a great spot for families attending the tournament, about 30 mins away and lots to entertain younger siblings. Host Rena was great with communication and flexible with our baseball schedule and additional guest/pet needs. We would stay here again and would recommend for families attending...

« My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us! »

« From the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out everything was perfect. We came to town as our son was playing at All-Star Village which was only an 11 mile drive away. We had campfires that were one of our favorites of the week sitting around catching up with my parents who came with us. « The cabin was clean and well-furnished. We had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful area. Five of us stayed there comfortably. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and grilling food. Very pleasant environment. All that, and it was conveniently located to drive back and forth to Cooperstown for baseball games. A great time was had by all. We would gladly go back again! »

« The location was a little far, considering we were staying for a baseball tournament at Allstar village. After a few times back and forth, it felt like the drive was shorter. Wasn’t bad though. We had a little issue with a leak and a water pipe that busted. Called the owners at 10:45pm and they responded, showed up to fix the issue at night, and completely fixed it the next day. »

« We come to Cooperstown every fall and had a wonderful stay and will be staying here on our future visits. Diane and Glen are wonderful people and do a great job. The cabin was really comfortable and everything was updated and felt brand new. The scenery around the cabin was beautiful as well. It is an easy drive into town and to local attractions. It was just a really pleasant and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend! »
