« Pizza place next door is awesome! Great location »

« We stayed the weekend visiting family and also visited Cooperstown which is about an easy hour drive. The Art Deco Victorian is a beautiful Victorian home decorate to define its name. Spacious 3 bedroom, corner lot with a great back yard that includes 2 parking spots on an asphalted portion of the yard. There are porches to each unit. We stayed in apt 2 which was more than amenable for a family of 4 with an active toddler and a fur baby. We advise bringing your own play pen or pack & play to...

« Pros: communication with host was top notice. Response to issues was quick. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT. Washer and dryer within building was excellent and laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided. Laundry location was out the door, into a hall. So easy to monitor washing and drying completion. Two bedroom one bath (apartment 1) is on main floor. Amenities were as listed. Landscaping was as shown in photos. For the cost and the amount of time we actually spent there it was a good...

« Excellent location for commuting back and forth to ASV. Had everything we needed and was much better than staying in a hotel. »

« Being 7 minutes from All Star Village for our sons tournament was perfect! The entire team wished they would've booked here when we did, since there is enough room for multiple families and I would 100% suggest it to anyone. We had the pleasure of meeting Casey and his mom as they were finishing up cleaning from a previous stay and let us check in early, they shared the history of the place which is a great story in itself. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay! »

« Clean and ac »

« The place was clean and easy to get into. Sleeping accommodations were fine. We couldn't figure out how the TV worked and may have ordered something inadvertently more detailed instructions would be appreciated. Finally, the biggest reason we knocked it down from excellent to good was that no body wash shampoo or conditioner were provided in either bathroom. »

« Property was overall great! There were a couple inconveniences, but host was responsive and able to solve problems quickly. Apartment was clean, functional and easy to stay in. A/C was functional and in allRooms. It’s close to all star village, about a 10 minute drive. Easily can walk to Main st which was very convenient. The advertised pool is not on property but a short distance away. »
