« Communication with the host was great. My father had a medical issue beyond the refund window that stopped us from making the original reservation date, Owner allowed us to move our date out a couple of weeks. Everything was clean, the kitchen and dishes were clean. The bathroom was brand new. All of the beds were comfy and clean. I slept on the couch bed in the third room, it was firm and comfortable. It was a great location for us. We were originally from the area and went back to visit...

« We had a great stay as we played one night at the Empire. The house is very quaint and there is ample shared parking in the back. If ever we come back to Albany, I'll be sure to consider this house. »

« Comfortable and presentable. Location is great for going downtown or shopping in general. Restaurants are very close by. Property manager was easy to communicate with. »

« Proximity to Stockade District was nice as was having a garage. »

« As soon as we pulled into the drive way my truck blew its water pump. Steven the owner of the property was amazing took my husband 3 times to town to get what he need to fix my truck. Room was very clean, quiet, we had a wonderful vacation inspite of my truck, because the owners were so kind, generous people. »

« One of the more comfortable vrbos I've stayed in. Had a homey feel as opposed to a hotel feel. »

« Beuatiful house, and gorgeous views. The house was very clean, and up to date. Comfortable beds and couch. The owner was incredibly responsive to all requests and inquiries before and during the stay. They had the minor things that I have had to purchase or go without when I've been at other VRBO houses (scissors, salt, cinnamon, bandaids, etc). All minor things, but it made our stay very convenient. We took the kayaks out, spent a bunch of time in the hot tub, grilled out, and toasted a million...

« Just as advertised. Lovely home with comfortable living areas and bedrooms. Great location to explore the area. We had our small dog with us which was a bonus. We took advantage of the fire pit and made s’mores; the house had everything we needed already supplied. It’s on a busy road but set back so there was no noise and it was very safe. Highly recommended. »

« This was a perfect location for our 20 person college reunion. The premises were clean and Laurie was very accommodating and responsive to all my emails and requests. Thank you for sharing the estate with us. »

« The house was very well appointed. The finishes and the appliances were all very upscale IE: Viking Refrigerator. The surrounding grounds were vey attractive and the main house was a pleasure to have as a view Location to Hudson and other attractions were very accessible Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Hudson area. »

« We had a lovely easy time of things at Lakeview cottage. Would definitely recommend for a couple or a family with two children. Having to use a top bunk is not really for 69 year old women.Easy drive to antiquing in Balston Spa and Saratoga for a show at SPAC. »

« June Farms is a great place to stay if you love the outdoors and animals. There are lots of things to do. The grounds are immaculate and the hobit house was exactly as it was described.Highly recommend »
