« Excellent host! Let them know we would be arriving late-had a small issue with the pin entry(user error!) and they were immediately able to assist! Apartment was extremely clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable and place was set up with everything we needed for our quick stay. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Hoping to stay at this place again during upcoming multi day stay for upcoming surgery at St Peter’s Hospital in January-Thank you for the hospitality! »

« We had such a great time! The neighborhood is cute, quiet, and safe. The house has plenty of space and feels comfortable and homey. The huge fenced-in yard was a hugeeee hit with our dog! She was so happy to run around freely! To top it off, the pool was big, clean, and we all were so thankful for the hot weather so we could enjoy it. We will definitely be staying here again! »

The home had very comfortable beds and beautiful antique furniture with a gorgeous backyard view of a quaint pond with boat on site and gazebo seating. There's so many spots options for uses for this rental space and venue but even if you just visit the area it wonderfully affordable. Thank you for our wonderful stay! »

« We can’t say enough good things about Ralph and this property! If you’re looking for a clean, family-friendly home, this is it. We were beyond pleased with all the accommodations for our kids including the pool, indoor/outdoor games, high chairs, and pack n plays to name a few. We will be booking with Ralph again! »

« We had a lovely easy time of things at Lakeview cottage. Would definitely recommend for a couple or a family with two children. Having to use a top bunk is not really for 69 year old women.Easy drive to antiquing in Balston Spa and Saratoga for a show at SPAC. »
